Gavin is a 15-month-old boy who lives with his grandmother in Kejebi in the Volta region of Ghana. He acquired HIV from his mother through birth. He is the last of her five children. Gavin’s mother
Abigail died of AIDS. She left her five children to her mother. Gavin’s grandmother cannot take care of Gavin due to financial constraints.
